Data Deletion Instructions

If you want WA Junction to delete personal data associated with your account or app authorization, contact us at privacy@wajunction.com with the relevant business name, email address, and any WhatsApp Business Account identifiers involved.

How requests are handled

• We verify the requester’s authority before taking action.
• We review account ownership, connected WhatsApp assets, and legal retention obligations.
• We delete or anonymize eligible data within our systems and confirm completion where applicable.

Meta/Facebook app removal

If a deletion request is triggered through Meta’s platform, WA Junction will acknowledge the request through the configured callback and provide a status URL with a confirmation code for tracking.
