WA Junction Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of WA Junction, including our website, WhatsApp Business integrations, APIs, onboarding flows, messaging tools, and related services.
1. Service Scope
WA Junction provides software and operational tools for businesses to manage WhatsApp Business messaging, onboarding, templates, reporting, and related account workflows.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and maintain valid account credentials.
- Obtain all required end-user notices, consents, and opt-ins before sending messages.
- Use the platform in compliance with Meta, WhatsApp, and applicable law.
- Protect API keys, tokens, and user credentials from unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not send spam, deceptive content, unlawful content, or prohibited categories of messages.
- Do not misuse customer data or access assets that you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not interfere with service security, availability, or platform integrity.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Meta and WhatsApp. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their applicable terms, policies, and technical limitations.
5. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to prevent abuse, address security risks, comply with law, or enforce these terms and platform requirements.
6. Liability and Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to maintain reliability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or delivery outcomes controlled by third-party platforms.
